| We deliver to mainland UK. Although we are able to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, a small surcharge may be required (please contact us for more details). | |
| What are estimated delivery times? | |
| To check the estimated delivery time of an item you are interested in, navigate to the product page and locate the Shipping Estimator box below the main image. In the vast majority of cases, we are able to deliver your bathroom items within the timescales specified. Please note that the estimated delivery time is not a guarantee of delivery. All timescales are approximate and should only be used as a guideline for receiving your items. For orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays, the estimated delivery time should be measured from the next working day. All estimated delivery times are based on delivery to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands may take a short time longer (please contact us for more details). Do not book a plumber or other tradesman based on estimated delivery times. Wait until your goods have arrived and been checked. We are not liable for any plumber or tradesman costs you may incur. | |
| What is the delivery process? | |
After you make an order, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a convenient time for delivery. During the period between us first contacting you and the delivery of your order, we will supply you with the relevant courier information where necessary, our normal courier is TNT or larger deliveries are sent via CRS. CHANGED YOUR MIND/GOODS ORDERED IN ERROR - TO BE REPORTED
WITHIN 7 DAYS
Under
no conditions can goods be returned where they have been a special order or out
of stock. All damaged goods must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you
change your mind about the products or order goods in error you can return it
to us subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. However this does not apply
where goods ordered are "Special Order" or not from our own
stocks. It is your
responsibility to ensure that returned items reach us in good condition. We do
NOT accept liability for the transit of returned goods and therefore suggest
that you take out carrier insurance. If the goods do not arrive back at our

Limited reserve the right to refuse a refund. The goods
should be well packed in their original packaging, using clear tape and marked
only with the address. PLEASE NOTE:
Providing the goods are received in a perfect condition,
